Switchboard

Our agents answer the incoming calls placed to your switchboard. All the calls are routed to our technically advanced phone exchange, and routed to our agents. The call is then either forwarded or an email or SMS is sent with all the information included. The calls are routed to groups of highly trained agents, who can handle large amounts of calls with little delay. Our service saves you both time and money.
